Supported Employment Services The Arc's Supported Employment Services helps people with developmental disabilities find jobs. When a worker is hired, our job coach works alongside the worker until the entire job is learned. We also help workers plan for the changes that occur in someone's life when they go to work. People can share their experiences and help each other with job and life challenges at the Worker's Support Group meetings.
