Community
Services:
The Community Services program runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to
3 PM. Participants learn skills used at home and in the community like
grooming, money handling, and how to order food in restaurants. There
are also a variety of social opportunities that help people to develop
friendships.
Community
Works Service:
This component of Community Services offers the individual paid work experience
in community settings. Workers work on crews with other workers and have
regular job assignments that help to develop the skills and positive attitude
needed for success in the work world.
