Reading Tutors
The people we serve benefit from the Amador County Library Reading Literacy program. Specially trained volunteers provide one-on-one tutoring and basic English language instruction; reading, writing, spelling, and G.E.D. preparation. The focus of the tutoring is on meeting goals, improving life skills, and raising self-esteem.

Tutoring is confidential. For more information about the Reading Literacy Program, or to become a reading tutor, call the Amador County Library at: (209)223-6305, or visit their web site at: http://www.web-centric.net/library/lit.html

Remember, your donations help us accomplish our mission of providing quality services to people with developmental disabilities in our area. Thank you!
